Zuoan Fashion Limited, a Chinese designer and distributor of casual menswear through 1,075 retail outlets, raised $42 million by offering 6 million ADSs at $7, well below its originally proposed $10.50 to $12.50 range. Cowen & Company acted as lead managers on the deal, and the stock is expected to open for trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol ZA on Tuesday.
